Team Leader Learning Experience Designer

About the role

The Managed Learning Services (MLS) Team Lead Learning Experience Design provides strategic guidance, coaching, and operational support to a team of learning experience designers. Reporting to the MLS Manager, the role ensures projects are planned, budgeted, and delivered on time while meeting client quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a learning experience design advisor and strategic consultant for client‑facing programs.
• Centralize requests, allocate team resources, and provide visibility on execution progress.
• Validate workload estimates and ensure deliverables meet design and development quality standards.
• Coordinate client and SME reviews, upload final assets to the LMS administration platform, and manage approvals.
• Collaborate with Training Transformation and stakeholders to align processes, metrics, and performance targets.
• Coach, develop, and give performance feedback to team members, recording actions in Workday.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and maintain healthy staffing ratios for programs.
• Handle escalations, identify new value opportunities for clients, and build internal partnerships.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and report impact on behavior, performance, and ROI.
