Technical Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide expert assistance for our web and mobile applications. The role is fully remote and focuses on troubleshooting, API support, and collaborating with development teams to ensure a seamless user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by end‑users of web and mobile platforms.
• Assist development teams with debugging GraphQL and REST API integrations.
• Maintain and improve support documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate on incident management and root‑cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Participate in testing and validation of new releases using automation tools.

Required profile

• Fourth‑year student in Systems Engineering or a related field, or a university degree in a technology‑related area.
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience in technical support for web and/or mobile applications.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with GraphQL or REST APIs in production environments.
• Proficiency with at least one React‑based frontend framework (e.g., Gatsby.js, Next.js).
• Experience with NestJS or comparable Node.js backend frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS) and containerisation tools (Docker, Kubernetes) – nice to have.
• Knowledge of test automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or Jest – nice to have.
