Travel Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Travel Coordinator to manage travel arrangements for our clients and employees worldwide. Working fully remotely, you will support a diverse, multicultural team and ensure smooth travel experiences across different time zones and cultures.

Key responsibilities

• Research, arrange, and coordinate flights, accommodations, transportation, and related services within budget constraints.
• Support cost projections, expense reporting, and identify opportunities for savings and efficiency.
• Maintain awareness of travel regulations, passport and visa requirements, and assist with visa processing.
• Document travel processes and contribute improvement suggestions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in travel coordination or planning.
• Strong command of English.
