Vendedor de repuestos automotrices (DFSK)

About the role

The company is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to promote and sell DFSK automotive parts directly to customers, including private owners, fleet operators, and wholesalers. You will act as the main point of contact at the counter, providing technical and commercial advice while driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and advise customers in the sale of automotive parts (counter, fleet, and wholesale).
• Prepare quotations, reservations, and invoicing for parts.
• Manage parts orders, including emergency requests and coordinate shipments.
• Prospect new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Support workshop requisitions for parts.
• Control inventory of parts and lubricants in the assigned warehouse.
• Maintain up‑to‑date sales and movement records in the system.
• Achieve established sales targets.

Required profile

• High‑school graduate (mandatory).
• Preferred studies in Administration, Marketing or Automotive Mechanics.
• 1‑2 years of experience in automotive parts sales or related sector.
• Experience in customer service and counter sales.
• Familiarity with parts catalogs and Microsoft Office.
• Desirable knowledge of SAP or another ERP system.
• Understanding of invoicing and sales processes.
• Strong orientation to customer service and meeting targets.
• Good communication, negotiation, organization and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work in Mazatenango and excellent personal presentation.
