About the role

The Service Sales Representative will manage the end‑to‑end sales process for the company's service portfolio. You will engage potential clients, present clear commercial proposals and tailor solutions to meet specific customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact prospective clients in the Guatemala City area, especially Zone 10.
• Prepare and deliver commercial proposals that clearly outline service benefits.
• Adapt service solutions to match each client’s requirements.
• Maintain follow‑up with existing and new customers, managing agendas, visits and sales calls.
• Record all client interactions and sales activities in the company’s internal tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience and achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience selling services, preferably in corporate or customer‑service environments.
• Strong commercial aptitude: ability to detect needs, argue benefits, close deals and handle objections.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, result‑oriented and proactive attitude.
• Effective time‑management skills for a hybrid work setting, disciplined remote work habits and willingness to travel within Ciudad de Guatemala.
