Virtual Executive Assistant (Remote)

About the role

Remote Executive Assistant supporting fast‑growing US and Canadian startups. This is not a traditional assistant role – you will own tasks, anticipate executive needs, and help leaders win every day. The position is open to candidates in Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Colombia, Ecuador, and Mexico.

Key responsibilities

• Manage calendars, inboxes, meetings, travel arrangements, and expenses.
• Build and improve workflows, trackers, and documentation.
• Support projects, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate across teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Track deadlines, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose better systems.
