Account Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a passionate and detail‑oriented Account Coordinator to drive growth for existing clients and generate new business opportunities. The role combines consultative selling, client advisory, and strategic account development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop commercial proposals and identify new business opportunities.
• Manage and grow key accounts, understanding core business needs.
• Visit clients, represent the brand, and provide advisory, consultative sales, and training.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and internal partners.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
• Plan, create, and present performance reports.

Required profile

• Graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial Engineering, Sales or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in consultative sales, technical advisory, or within mass‑consumer or pharmaceutical companies.
• Proven experience with sell‑in and sell‑out processes and strong commercial acumen.
• Strategic vision and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Fluency in English is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Power BI (preferred).
• Familiarity with AI tools or concepts (preferred).
