Account Executive – SaaS & CX

About the role

Revolution Technologies (RevTec) is looking for an Account Executive to drive new business opportunities across Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador. You will sell consultative SaaS, Cloud, AI and Customer Experience solutions, leveraging RevTec’s position as the leading Genesys partner in Central America and the Caribbean.

Key responsibilities

• Generate pipeline through structured prospecting and account development.
• Identify and qualify opportunities within assigned territory and accounts.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client business needs.
• Build relationships with IT, Operations, CX and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales and specialists to design tailored solutions.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals.
• Manage opportunities from prospecting to close, maintaining CRM, pipeline and forecast.
• Participate in events, networking and demand‑generation activities.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of professional experience, preferably with a technical or analytical background.
• Demonstrated ability to move from technical/operational roles to B2B consultative sales.
• Strong analytical mindset and commercial orientation.
• Clear, structured communication skills and disciplined organization.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of consultative selling and SaaS revenue models (ARR/MRR).
• Familiarity with Genesys Cloud CX platform.
• Understanding of AI, automation and analytics concepts.
• Experience using a CRM system.
