Account Manager – Paid Media

About the role

Vertu Agent is looking for a results‑driven Account Manager – Paid Media to act as the primary liaison between clients and the media buying team. You will translate technical campaign data into clear insights, present strategic recommendations, and ensure an exceptional client experience while supporting agency growth.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal media buyers to collect campaign updates and performance insights.
• Coordinate communication among clients, media buyers, and leadership, translating technical information into actionable recommendations.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, ROAS, and lead quality across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Analyze trends, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver concise performance reports to clients.
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, leading onboarding calls, strategy sessions, and regular performance reviews.
• Manage client expectations regarding timelines, deliverables, and results to maintain high satisfaction and retention.
• Work closely with creative, sales, and media buying teams to align campaign objectives with broader business goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in paid media, managing campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and convey insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can keep projects on track and identify challenges early.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Meta (Facebook) Ads.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads.
