About the role
The Accounting Analyst will work closely with a client, receiving daily directives via email and supporting the preparation of financial reports. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and a focus on streamlining accounting processes to improve efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Generate client‑requested reports and manage the removal of outdated invoices and documents.
- Post bills received by email each day, ensuring accuracy according to client guidelines.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries.
- Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and attend all scheduled team meetings.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- High‑level English proficiency (B2 or above).
- Minimum one year of experience in an accounting role.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience using QuickBooks accounting software.
