Accounts Payable Analyst

About the role

The Accounts Payable Analyst ensures timely and accurate processing of payments to providers across the USA and Canada. This position plays a critical role in maintaining clean financial records, supporting month‑end close activities, and handling various administrative tasks within the finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Review incoming invoices for accuracy, completeness, and required information.
• Verify provider details, invoice numbers, dates, and amounts are correctly captured.
• Communicate with internal teams or vendors to resolve missing or inaccurate invoice data.
• Enter approved invoices into the accounting/payables system.
• Process payments to USA and Canadian providers promptly and accurately.
• Track and reconcile accounts payable transactions.
• Assist with month‑end closing and related reporting.
• Maintain organized records of invoices and payment documentation.
• Respond to vendor and internal inquiries regarding invoice or payment status.
• Support the finance/accounting team with additional administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• B2 level English proficiency.
• At least 1 year of experience in accounts payable or accounting support.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for coordination with multiple teams.
