About the role

The Academic Platforms Administrator will provide technical and operational support for the creation, configuration, and maintenance of virtual courses on the university’s Learning Management System (LMS). The role works closely with instructional designers, multimedia production specialists, and other team members to ensure courses meet institutional quality, accessibility, and user‑experience standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble and configure courses on the institutional LMS, uploading and organizing documents, links, and multimedia resources.
• Set up learning activities, assignments, assessments, and basic grading criteria.
• Structure modules, sections, and navigation according to predefined course outlines.
• Conduct basic testing of links, content, resources, and navigation before publishing.
• Apply technical adjustments identified during course reviews.
• Support institutional guidelines for accessibility, usability, and quality.
• Maintain up‑to‑date and well‑organized content within the platform.
• Document performed actions and report technical incidents for follow‑up.
• Assist with other tasks related to the management and updating of virtual courses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• Between six months and one year of experience with educational platforms, digital content management, or technical support (including internships or practicum experience).
