Agente de Seguridad – Protección y Vigilancia

About the role

The organization is looking for a Security Agent to protect its employees, visitors, and facilities. The role involves continuous monitoring, access control, and reporting of any irregularities to ensure a safe working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols and security rounds inside the premises.
• Monitor compliance with security policies and report unusual activities.
• Control vehicle entry and exit through side gates.
• Prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas for clients and external workers.
• Maintain order in public access zones and verify employee activities during shifts.
• Record and report temperature readings for cold rooms, solar panels, wood boiler, and water levels.
• Ensure the generator is shut down at the end of the workday.
• Assist with channel deliveries to clients and report theft or security breaches.
• Stay on site until the physical handover of the shift.

Required profile

• Minimum education: basic third‑grade schooling.
• Experience in security and customer service.
• Knowledge of security norms, crisis procedures, and self‑defense.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to produce reports.
• Decision‑making capability in emergency situations.
• Good interpersonal skills for public interaction.
• Technical security training or weapons handling as required.
