AI Solutions Architect – Lead AI‑driven Delivery

About the role

The AI Solutions Architect is the primary technical authority within client engagements, driving AI‑driven delivery across the full software development lifecycle. You will own high‑level design decisions, set technical standards, and stay hands‑on in the codebase, embedding AI agents from requirements gathering through release.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build architecture that embeds AI agents across the SDLC, defining where AI assistance is trustworthy and where human oversight is required.
• Partner with pre‑sales teams to shape technical solutions, translate client requirements into credible architectures, and contribute to proposals and SOWs.
• Act as the technical owner of cloud‑based solutions, manage functional and non‑functional requirements, and mitigate architectural risks.
• Mentor engineers through Communities of Practice, lead AI‑driven delivery skill development, and influence long‑term product and technical vision.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years experience as a Software or Solutions Architect with hands‑on cloud and AI/agentic tooling.
• Proven experience embedding AI agents into the SDLC and defining human‑in‑the‑loop oversight models.
• Experience in pre‑sales solutioning, client communication at executive level, and Agile development leadership.
