Air Import & Export Customer Service Agent

About the role

Join Expeditors, a global logistics leader, as an Air Import & Export Customer Service Agent. You will ensure timely and accurate movement of freight while delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, prepare, route, and manage air freight shipments, ensuring accurate data entry and documentation.
• Track and trace both import and export air files, providing status updates and resolving issues.
• Coordinate with contracted vendors to negotiate rates and secure space.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations, including IATA and local customs requirements.
• Communicate arrival notices, invoices, and documentation to customers and brokers promptly.
• Support sales and retention activities by responding to pricing requests and assisting with customer reviews.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of global logistics and air freight processes.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.
