About the role

We are looking for a Quality Analyst to join our team supporting the verification of controls throughout the production process, from raw material receipt to finished‑product dispatch. The role is integral to maintaining the high standards expected by our airline, airport and culinary clients across the Caribbean and Latin America.

Key responsibilities

  • Verify control points from raw‑material entry to product exit in the production plant.
  • Assist in conducting supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Support inspection of industrial kitchens operating outside the main production facility.
  • Help supervise the hygiene department to maintain sanitary conditions.
