About the role

The company is seeking a Credit Analyst to evaluate financing requests, authorize credits according to established policies, and manage a client portfolio, ensuring healthy and profitable placement.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate credit applications from various placement channels.
• Analyze and authorize credits in line with current credit policies and parameters.
• Provide attention and follow‑up to client inquiries regarding their credits.
• Manage and validate documentation for authorized credits.
• Administer credit risk and monitor the assigned portfolio.
• Achieve placement targets while keeping delinquency indicators within set limits.
• Contribute to risk mitigation and overall profitability of the operation.

Required profile

• Complete diversified education such as high school, accounting technician, business administration technician or a related degree.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in credit analysis, evaluation or authorization.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical capacity and sound decision‑making criteria.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Organized, responsible and results‑oriented.
• Focus on meeting goals and performance indicators.
• No English or other language proficiency required.
