Analista de Desarrollo y Calidad

About the role

We are looking for a Development and Quality Analyst to join our growing team in Quetzaltenango. You will help build our Development and Quality area from the ground up, supporting process documentation, quality monitoring and creative communication of safety initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Document and standardize internal processes in line with ISO 9001.
• Track and report quality indicators, identifying improvement opportunities with operational teams.
• Design and produce content for road‑safety prevention campaigns and training courses.
• Perform data analysis and generate reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Create presentations and course materials with Microsoft PowerPoint or Canva.

Required profile

• University studies in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field (at least third‑year or graduate).
• Strong command of Excel and data‑analysis tools.
• Technical writing ability, attention to detail and good time‑management.
• Creativity for designing safety campaigns and training content.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn ISO 9001 and ISO 39001 standards.
• Availability to work on‑site in Quetzaltenango (hybrid schedule).
