Analista Financiero Senior

About the role

The Senior Financial Analyst will provide strategic financial support to commercial units by analysing revenue, profitability, forecasts and business performance. The role translates financial and commercial data into actionable recommendations that drive profitable growth and help the Group meet its objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts for each business unit.
• Analyse variances between actual results, budget and forecast.
• Create financial models to evaluate business scenarios.
• Support Commercial Directors and Managing Directors with financial management.
• Assess profitability by client, project, service and unit.
• Participate in commercial reviews and propose actions to improve margin and EBITDA.
• Maintain dashboards and KPIs for financial and commercial performance.
• Coordinate with Accounting and Commercial teams to ensure correct revenue and cost allocation.
• Work closely with Treasury, Billing and Accounting to understand monthly close and variances.
• Contribute to financial transformation initiatives, supported by a Business Intelligence resource.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
• 3‑5 years of experience in FP&A, financial business partnering or commercial financial analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of financial statements, profitability indicators and variance analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle or similar.
• Ability to present financial analysis to senior management.
• Desirable knowledge of ISO 37001 anti‑bribery principles.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Power BI (mandatory).
• SQL (desired).
• ERP platforms: NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Consulte.
