Arquitecto Administrativo

About the role

The Administrative Architect will coordinate, manage and monitor institutional projects together with the Head of Planning. The role ensures that project schedules are met and that all involved areas, specialists and external institutions work in a cohesive and effective manner.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on the full lifecycle of institutional projects.
• Ensure compliance with the Project Plan schedule and milestones.
• Facilitate communication and alignment between internal departments, external specialists and partner institutions.
• Monitor progress and report status to senior management.

Required profile

• University student or graduate in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar coordination or project‑management role.
• Strong organizational skills and proactive attitude.
• Knowledge of municipal regulations, FHA, CONRED, CONADI, Civil Code and related legal frameworks.

• Proficiency with design and modeling software.
