About the role

The Architectural Designer will create comprehensive architectural documentation based on design guidelines, base plans, models, and technical criteria. The role focuses on producing plans, elevations, sections, construction details, and architectural models that meet the quality, coordination, functionality, and presentation standards set by the Design Department.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural documentation from design guidelines, base plans, and models.
• Produce detailed plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
• Create architectural models that align with technical standards.
• Ensure all information complies with quality, coordination, functionality, and presentation requirements.
• Detect and resolve inconsistencies between drawings, models, and topographic data.

Required profile

• Advanced studies in Architecture, Technical Drawing, Architectural Design or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing technical‑construction drawings.
• Ability to interpret georeferenced plans with X, Y coordinates and elevation levels.
• Strong attention to spelling, order, and clarity in technical documentation.
• Organized, precise, and capable of working under tight schedules.
