Arquitecto – Planificación de proyectos de construcción

About the role

The company is looking for an Architect to coordinate and develop building projects from concept through to execution. You will create architectural design proposals, prepare technical documentation for permits, and ensure smooth collaboration with engineering teams, suppliers, and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop construction projects from initial concept to final delivery.
• Produce architectural design proposals, detailed plans, and technical documentation required for construction licences.
• Collaborate with engineering disciplines, suppliers, and contractors to guarantee correct project execution.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and multidisciplinary team coordination.
• Integrate technical solutions using design and modelling software.

Required profile

• University degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
• Previous experience on construction projects of various typologies.
• Strong ability to develop functional, aesthetic, and technically viable design proposals.
• Project‑management skills, including planning, time control, budgeting, and team coordination.
• Good communication, negotiation, and result‑oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of local construction and safety regulations; interest in sustainability and energy efficiency is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Proficiency with Revit.
• Experience using BIM platforms or similar design‑modelling tools.
