About the role

Golán is looking for a motivated Field Sales Advisor to promote its security solutions—including alarms, cameras, and GPS tracking—directly to homes and businesses across Guatemala. You will work on the ground, building relationships with customers and generating revenue without a ceiling.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and approach potential clients in residential and commercial settings.
• Present and demonstrate security alarm systems, surveillance cameras, and GPS tracking solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Close sales, manage contracts, and provide post‑sale follow‑up.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field sales, preferably with intangible services such as insurance, telecom, or technology.
• Proactive, persuasive, and results‑oriented mindset.
• High resilience and strong negotiation abilities.
• Motivation to earn income based on performance.
• Own a motorcycle (mandatory for field work).

Required skills

• Knowledge of alarm systems.
• Familiarity with surveillance cameras.
• Understanding of GPS tracking technology.

What we offer

• Base salary of Q4,275 plus unlimited bonuses and commissions.
• Average earnings between Q7,000 and Q9,000 per month.
