Asesor Comercial

About the role

The Commercial Advisor will lead the distributor's sales team to ensure a balanced distribution of the company's product portfolio across the capital region, Escuintla and Chimaltenango. This position focuses on expanding market reach and strengthening relationships with traditional retail channels.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and motivate the distributor's sales personnel to meet distribution targets.
• Develop and implement strategies for horizontal coverage of the product portfolio.
• Monitor sales performance and adjust tactics to achieve objectives.
• Coordinate travel across the assigned territories and maintain a strong presence in the field.

Required profile

• University student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum three years of experience as a salesperson or supervisor in traditional or detail retail channels.
• In‑depth knowledge of traditional distribution channels and the specific territories.
• Own vehicle and willingness to travel regularly.
• Residence in the capital city.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
