About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Advisor to join our automotive dealership in Guatemala City. You will be the first point of contact for customers interested in new and used cars and motorcycles, guiding them through the buying process.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and advise customers visiting the showroom or contacting us digitally.
• Prepare vehicle and financing proposals tailored to each client.
• Conduct test‑drives for interested buyers.
• Close sales and coordinate vehicle delivery.
• Manage vehicle reception and documentation.
• Prospect and attract new customers.
• Capture photos and videos of vehicles as per training.
• Report daily activities to the store manager.

Required profile

• Passion for sales and strong customer‑service orientation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and meet sales targets.
• Organised, proactive and motivated to grow with the company.
