About the role

The Audit Assistant will join the internal control team to ensure operational excellence, process compliance and risk mitigation across a growing network of branches. This position supports the verification and monitoring of operational, financial and documentary processes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct operational and financial audits by visiting branches and offices to perform cash counts, verify deposits, advances, returns and review files.
• Perform physical inventory checks of furniture, electronic equipment, stationery and promotional materials, identify discrepancies and propose adjustments.
• Investigate incidents reported by customers or staff, applying root‑cause analysis until resolution.
• Prepare audit reports documenting findings, evidence and recommendations for management decisions.
• Support continuous improvement by updating internal procedure manuals and assisting the legal department with its requirements.
