About the role
We are looking for a Purchasing Assistant to support both local and international procurement activities. The role involves preparing quotations, analysing costs, and ensuring smooth follow‑up of purchase orders while collaborating with suppliers, carriers and internal departments.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and issue quotations for goods and services.
- Analyse import costs and monitor inventory levels.
- Follow up purchase orders from creation to delivery.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transport companies and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate cost records and support basic accounting tasks.
Required profile
- University degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in purchasing, administrative or accounting functions.
- Knowledge of inventory control, import costing and basic accounting principles.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, reconciliations and cost analysis).
What we offer

- Work schedule: Monday‑Friday 08:00‑17:00 and half‑day on Saturdays.
