Asistente de Logística y Atención al Cliente

About the role

We are looking for an organized and proactive Logistics and Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Guatemala. The role supports the end‑to‑end logistics process while ensuring a high level of service for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support during dispatches, deliveries and pickups.
• Coordinate deliveries with warehouse, carriers and courier services.
• Manage shipments, waybills and logistics documentation.
• Track deliveries, cash‑on‑delivery collections and pending orders.
• Control payments, advances and operational balances.
• Assist with inventory counts, system movements and supply control.
• Organize routes, travel expenses and transport logistics.
• Monitor container receipt and unloading.
• Handle customer complaints and follow‑up on resolutions.
• Support administrative tasks such as petty cash, expenses and reporting.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in logistics, customer service or administrative support.
• Complete secondary education (university studies preferred).
• Intermediate proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in process tracking and document control.
• Strong organization, responsibility and attention to detail.
• Availability to work onsite in Zone 4, Guatemala City.
