About the role
The company is looking for an Accounting Assistant specialized in tax matters to handle tax processing, invoice registration, and supplier password creation. This is an onsite position based in Zona 10, offering a structured work schedule and legal benefits.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and process all tax-related procedures.
- Register and file supplier invoices accurately.
- Create and maintain passwords for suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
- Support the accounting team with tax filings and related documentation.
Required profile
- Graduate degree as Perito Contador (accounting professional).
- Currently enrolled student in Public Accounting and Auditing.
- Experience in issuing supplier passwords, customer service, and tax handling.

What we offer
- Work schedule: Monday‑Thursday 8:00 am‑6:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am‑5:00 pm.
- Legal benefits as per Guatemalan labor law.
- Salary: Q4,500 per month.
