About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to manage inventory and supply operations for a hospital. The role involves receiving goods, recording movements, and ensuring stock availability while supporting administrative processes.

Key responsibilities

• Control inventories and supplies of owned and consigned products, coordinating dispatches, discrepancies and purchases to keep hospital stock up‑to‑date.
• Receive merchandise, formally register inbound and outbound movements in the system, organize products physically and distribute them to storage areas.
• Monitor stock continuously, report availability, flag low‑turnover items and track expiration dates for management.
• Handle administrative paperwork such as credit notes with Accounting, orderly delivery of invoices to Purchasing and safeguarding consignment documentation for traceability.
• Maintain the electronic catalogue, request additions or removals of obsolete codes and communicate price updates according to contracts.
• Respond to electronic requisitions from other departments, participate in audits and educational programs.

Required profile

• High school graduate (Diversificado) or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
• Professional appearance, punctuality and strong interpersonal relations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
