About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to ensure smooth handling and flow of goods within our warehouse. The role involves receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching merchandise while maintaining inventory integrity and adhering to safety and stowage standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and stage merchandise in the picking area according to requirements.
• Replenish stock as needed to keep operations running.
• Assist with unloading and receiving incoming goods.
• Support physical inventory counts and stock validation.
• Monitor movement of goods in receiving and shipping zones.
• Use assigned technology such as WMS and handheld devices correctly.
• Maintain and use work tools responsibly.
• Follow storage, stowage, and safety regulations.
• Keep assigned areas orderly and under control.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education.
• 1–2 years experience as a warehouse assistant or in related areas.
• Experience with warehouse operations, receiving, shipping, and inventory handling.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to high‑demand environments.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Experience using handheld devices for inventory tasks.
