About the role

The Warehouse Assistant will ensure proper control, storage, and movement of medical‑surgical products and equipment in the Mixco facility. The role involves timely recording of inbound and outbound transactions, inventory management, order preparation, and delivery follow‑up, guaranteeing product availability, traceability, and correct rotation using the FIFO (PEPS) method.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and register incoming medical‑surgical products and equipment.
• Document and control all product and equipment dispatches.
• Prepare and coordinate orders for shipment, checking quantities, conditions, and documentation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date physical inventory and system records.
• Apply the PEPS (FIFO) method to ensure proper stock rotation.
• Monitor expiration dates and control minimum/maximum stock levels.
• Conduct periodic inventory reconciliations.
• Coordinate deliveries and receipts with relevant departments.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and orderly.
• Generate reports on inventory, dispatches, and product movements.

Required profile

• High school graduate (Perito Contador) or equivalent.
• Preferably one year of university studies in Business Administration, Auditing, or related field.
• Minimum one year of experience in warehouse, inventory, or dispatch roles, preferably with medical equipment.
• Own motorcycle and valid license for commuting.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch deadlines.
• Organized, responsible, proactive, and detail‑oriented.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel and general computer tools.
• Knowledge and application of the PEPS (FIFO) inventory method.

• Salary of Q4,500 (including decree bonus).

• Work schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm.
