About the role

We are looking for a Purchasing and Import Assistant to ensure timely supply of materials to all departments, preventing production and administrative delays. The role involves certifying suppliers, measuring lead times, and supporting customs procedures for import nationalization.

Key responsibilities

• Supply materials to various areas on schedule to avoid stoppages.
• Certify suppliers by measuring times throughout the purchasing cycle.
• Support customs formalities for the nationalization of imports.
• Search for and certify new suppliers, evaluate prices, and negotiate terms.
• Maintain basic accounting records related to purchases.

Required profile

• Graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics & Transport, or related fields.
• Experience in local purchasing processes and imports.
• Strong verbal and written communication, analytical mindset, and decision‑making ability.
• Numerical aptitude and attention to detail.

• Basic accounting knowledge.
