About the role

We are looking for a Production Assistant to support the cutting, portioning and packaging of cheeses and cured meats at our plant. The role involves working on the production line, ensuring products are prepared and packed according to quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Cut, portion and pack cheeses and embutidos according to specifications.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations, including up‑to‑date paperwork such as health cards and food‑handling documentation.
• Follow safety and hygiene protocols to guarantee product quality.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
• Assist with loading and unloading of materials and ensure proper storage.

Required profile

• Valid documentation, including health card and food‑handling certification.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Age between 18 and 40 years.
• Good attendance and flexibility for overtime.
