About the role

The Logistics Assistant will support daily dispatch operations and route coordination for local and departmental deliveries at POTENZ QUIMICA. The role works closely with purchasing and export teams to manage deliveries, documentation, and the receipt of raw materials and export orders.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in daily dispatch and coordinate local and departmental routes.
• Collaborate with purchasing and export departments to schedule deliveries and handle related paperwork.
• Verify correct receipt of raw materials and export orders.
• Maintain constant communication with other departments to ensure orders are prepared and delivered on time.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service attitude, respectful interaction, and quick incident resolution.
• Experience in route programming and inventory control, including stock recording and tracking.
• Good organizational and task‑planning skills with orderly handling of logistics documentation.
• University studies in Administration, Logistics or a related field.
• Basic proficiency with office tools (spreadsheets, email) and willingness to learn new systems.
• Team player with attention to detail and responsibility for meeting deadlines.
