Auxiliar de Mantenimiento

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to support preventive and corrective maintenance of our facilities, equipment and machinery in Guatemala. The role contributes to operational safety, efficiency and the longevity of assets within a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in performing scheduled preventive maintenance on installations, equipment and machinery.
• Support corrective maintenance tasks to quickly restore functionality.
• Help ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently, reducing downtime.
• Document maintenance activities and report any issues to senior technicians.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to follow company standards and procedures.

Required profile

• Motivation to work in a hands‑on maintenance environment.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and work procedures.
• Good communication skills and willingness to work in a diverse team.
• Basic technical aptitude for handling tools and equipment.
