About the role

The Production Assistant works on the manufacturing floor of a food processing plant, ensuring that daily production targets are met while maintaining quality, safety, and hygiene standards. The role requires a proactive attitude, discipline, and the ability to follow established procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Execute assigned tasks on the production line according to standard operating procedures.
• Support various stages of the production process as needed.
• Verify that products meet quality and food‑safety specifications.
• Maintain the defined production rhythm and meet daily output goals.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Report any anomalies, damages, or deviations to the supervisor.
• Use personal protective equipment correctly and follow safety instructions.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitizing equipment when required.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in production, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Previous experience as a production assistant or in related roles.
• Minimum education: third grade primary school.
• Availability to work in a production environment and perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a collaborative attitude.
