About the role

The Pilot Assistant supports flight operations on the ramp, ensuring safety and efficiency while assisting pilots with aircraft handling and ground services. This position is part of a multicultural team dedicated to delivering high‑quality aviation support across the Caribbean and Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all ramp safety procedures and adhere to airline and civil aviation security policies.
• Assist pilots during aircraft coupling and decoupling by providing required signals.
• Support pilots with aircraft fueling and supply operations.
• Cut and dispatch dry ice, wash vehicles, and keep the ramp area clean.
• Unload dirty equipment returned from aircraft and ensure proper handling.
• Observe good manufacturing practices in all tasks.
• Accurately complete VPS and other required registration documents.
• Perform any other duties inherent to the role as needed.

• Ability to work safely in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Strong attention to detail and compliance with safety regulations.
• Willingness to support pilots and ground crew in various operational tasks.
• Reliability in completing documentation and record‑keeping accurately.
