B2B Customer Loyalty and Experience Executive

Join the team behind iconic brands such as Kleenex®, Cottonelle®, Scott® and Kimberly‑Clark Professional®. As a B2B Customer Loyalty and Experience Executive you will shape the future of tissue and hygiene products for billions of consumers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Execute commercial strategy and value proposition for Kimberly‑Clark Professional’s Champion accounts, acting as the primary client contact.
• Drive account growth by identifying penetration opportunities in new sites, areas or categories and managing the sales cycle to closure and repeat purchase.
• Conduct business reviews (both on‑site and digital) using continuous consumption analysis, trend monitoring and risk assessment tools.
• Optimize profitability through product mix, dispenser management, loyalty programs and gross profit control.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience, Field Marketing and Customer Service to deliver a five‑star experience measured by periodic surveys.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date map of decision‑makers, influencers and client records in company systems.
• Proactively raise alerts to anticipate risks and opportunities, enhancing KCP’s positioning.
• Ensure consistent communication with stakeholders, distributors and regional/global teams, providing feedback on loyalty strategies and marketing tools.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret consumption data and market trends.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build sustainable, profitable client relationships.
