Bilingual Tech Support Representative (B2)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual (English B2) Tech Support Representative to join Telus at its modern Torre Pradera facility in Zone 10. You will provide on‑site technical assistance to customers, handling a variety of issues while delivering excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve customer problems related to internet connectivity, hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Document incidents and solutions in the ticketing system accurately.
• Escalate complex issues to higher‑level support teams when necessary.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during all customer interactions.
• Participate in scheduled shifts, including weekends and rotating schedules.

Required profile

• Fluent conversational English (minimum B2 level).
• High school diploma or equivalent (Diversificado) completed.
• Passion for technology and basic experience troubleshooting IT equipment.
• Full availability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced environment.
