About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Spare Parts Warehouse Associate to manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of automotive parts in our Quiche facility. The role ensures accurate inventory control, proper rotation of stock, and compliance with company procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming spare parts shipments.
• Store items in designated locations following safety and organization standards.
• Prepare and dispatch orders to internal departments or external customers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
• Ensure proper rotation of merchandise to avoid obsolescence.
• Collaborate with the mechanics team to support parts availability.

Required profile

• High school graduate with a technical or mechanical focus.
• Minimum three years of experience in an automotive parts warehouse or a similar environment.
• Own transportation is mandatory.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday and a half‑day on Saturday.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP for inventory management.
• Knowledge of basic automotive mechanics, spare parts, and lubricants.
• Strong inventory administration abilities.
