Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to turn operational data into actionable insights for decision‑making. The role is ideal for a data‑oriented individual who enjoys spotting patterns and wants to specialize in supply‑chain analytics, working closely with planning and purchasing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean and consolidate sales, inventory and purchase‑order data from multiple sources.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide visibility into supply‑chain performance.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators for the area.
• Analyze demand forecasts versus actual sales to identify bias and improvement opportunities.
• Assess inventory levels to detect stock‑out risks or excess stock.
• Evaluate supplier performance on delivery times and order fulfillment.
• Identify patterns, trends and insights and present them clearly to the team.
• Support ad‑hoc analyses and projects as required.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Business Administration or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in data analysis or similar roles.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, especially when working with imperfect data.
• Problem‑solving orientation and ability to translate numbers into actionable conclusions.
• Good communication skills for presenting findings.

Required skills

• Power BI – dashboard creation, data modeling and DAX measures.
• Excel – intermediate to advanced (pivot tables, functions, data cleaning).
• Python – for data analysis or automation (desired).
