Business Development Manager

About the role

Globus Global Safety, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead sales growth for personal protective equipment (PPE) and industrial safety products across the North Central America market. Based on‑site in Guatemala, you will work closely with distribution partners and end‑users to expand market share.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the target region.
• Develop and nurture relationships with distributors and direct customers.
• Prepare sales proposals, negotiate commercial agreements, and close deals.
• Conduct customer visits, gather market feedback, and relay insights to internal teams.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conventions, and training programs in the United States.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in PPE or industrial safety.
• Proven track record in prospecting, supporting distributors, and managing customer relationships.
• Fluency in Spanish and strong English communication skills (B2 level).
• Knowledge of the Guatemalan industrial market is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Valid U.S. visa for occasional travel to the United States.
