Business Development Representative – New Business

About the role

The Business Development Representative will drive new sales prospecting, client outreach, and business development for long‑tail accounts within the Datech Solutions organization. You will work closely with partners to manage renewals, nurture customer relationships, and use data insights to improve outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, lead generation and outbound outreach.
• Engage potential customers via calls, emails and partner collaboration to build pipeline and qualify opportunities.
• Collaborate with distributor partners to streamline renewal workflows and support customer success.
• Analyze usage data, renewal trends and account health to spot risks and upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.
• Provide customers with best‑practice guidance, training resources and product updates to boost adoption.
• Resolve renewal‑related inquiries promptly and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Contribute to process improvements for renewals, engagement and reporting.
• Achieve high renewal rates and drive increased usage and engagement.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in Customer Success, Renewals or Account Management, preferably in SaaS or CAD.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts with attention to detail.
• Collaborative mindset for working with partners and internal teams.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and ERP systems.
