About the role
Join a dynamic team that supports airport and culinary services across the Caribbean and Latin America. As a Butcher Assistant you will ensure the meat department operates smoothly, maintaining high standards of hygiene and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Observe and enforce hygiene regulations throughout the meat handling process.
- Rotate stock, label products, and keep accurate control of raw material inventories.
- Use meat handling tools safely and efficiently to prepare items for service.
- Contribute to waste reduction by managing material usage responsibly.
