About the role

PLUS TI is seeking a Technical Trainer to lead the end‑to‑end training process for its software solutions. The professional will ensure effective knowledge transfer through a balanced theoretical and practical approach, enabling clients and technicians to master the use, application and best practices of the products.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, execute and supervise all training activities from design to delivery.
• Develop and deliver courses covering software functionalities, networking, databases and related topics.
• Prepare training materials, manage e‑learning platforms and certify users.
• Monitor learning outcomes and continuously improve the training methodology.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Systems Engineering, Computer Science or a related field, with at least three years of study completed.
• Minimum two years of experience as an instructor, implementer or software technician.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication, adaptability, teamwork and creativity.

Required skills

• Networking concepts and technologies.
• Database management and SQL programming.
• Use of e‑learning platforms for course delivery.
