CCTV Monitoring Operator – Zona 12 / Avenida Petapa

About the role

Join a leading security company as a CCTV Monitoring Operator, responsible for continuously watching surveillance systems and reacting to any abnormal events. You will work on-site in Zona 12, providing rapid and appropriate responses to alerts while protecting people, facilities, and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor cameras and security systems to detect unusual or risky situations.
• Receive real‑time alarm signals, identify the type of emergency (intrusion, fire, etc.) and act according to established protocols.
• Communicate with the team and provide necessary information during alerts.
• Record and report each incident, ensuring proper follow‑up.
• Assist clients with questions about their security system.
• Maintain constant communication with colleagues to guarantee an adequate response.
• Learn and apply monitoring and emergency procedures during training.

Required profile

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Own motorcycle and ability to travel to the work site.
• Interest in monitoring, technology and security.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail, ability to stay focused during monitoring.
• Service‑oriented attitude, responsibility, initiative and teamwork.
• Capability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Availability for a 2x2x2 shift schedule (2 days day, 2 days night, 2 days off) at Avenida Petapa 48‑01, Zona 12.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with Google Drive and digital tools.
