About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive professional to lead the implementation of an innovative AI‑powered mathematics learning program in a school setting. The role does not require a formal mathematics background but demands strong pedagogical support, leadership and change‑management abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Guide and support students in the effective use of the AI learning tool.
• Facilitate implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of the program.
• Coordinate with school management and academic teams to ensure pedagogical impact.
• Promote a culture of innovation, critical thinking and personal growth.
• Document progress, results and best practices.

Required profile

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (mandatory).
• University student in Psychology or a related field.
• Experience in educational environments, teacher training or academic support (preferred).
• Excellent communication, leadership and teamwork skills.
• Open, flexible mindset oriented toward continuous learning.
• Passion for technology applied to education and a service‑oriented attitude.
