Comprador/a – Responsable de compras

About the role

The Purchasing Officer will manage the end‑to‑end procurement process to supply internal customers, ensuring the best balance of price, quality, and service. This role supports internal client needs by sourcing goods and services efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Execute timely purchasing processes to meet internal demand.
• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve optimal price, quality, and service.
• Maintain accurate purchase records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues.

Required profile

• Graduate in accounting, business administration, bilingual secretarial studies, industrial engineering, or related fields (at least six semesters completed).
• Minimum one year of experience in local procurement processes.
• Age between 23 and 35 years; gender neutral.
• Availability to work the specified schedule, including one Saturday per month.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
