About the role

The company is looking for a reliable Conserje to keep office and common areas clean, orderly, and well‑maintained at the Bulevar Los Próceres location (Zona 10). The role ensures a hygienic environment that meets safety standards and supports the daily operations of the facility.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of assigned areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste removal.
• Follow established cleaning processes and safety‑hygiene protocols.
• Report any damaged installations and request necessary repairs.
• Maintain cleaning control logs for common areas.
• Request and manage cleaning supplies from the administrative department.
• Separate waste for recycling according to company guidelines.
• Participate in training sessions and follow directions from the administrative team.

Required profile

• Male gender.
• Primary school education completed.
• Service‑oriented attitude and ability to work in a team.
• At least one year of experience as a janitor, auxiliary, or similar cleaning/maintenance role.
• Availability to work at Bulevar Los Próceres, Zona 10.
